When can I expect my order(s) to be done?
Our turnaround time can be within 10-15 business days or depending on the complexity of the order. All orders must be submitted before 4:00 PM (PST) Monday thru Friday. The turnaround timeline starts after mockup approval by the client and invoice payment. *in some cases, depending on the art or where the blank garments are coming from...it can be longer than the estimated turnaround time*

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
Although we can do (1) Order, We do recommend a minimum of 12 pieces per design to save $$$
*it can be 12 different garments with the same method of apparel decoration and the same design*

Do you Ship/Deliver Orders?
We can ship finished order(s) to clients but the client is responsible for all the fees.

Do you carry/provide Blank Garments?
We have a wide selection of blank garments that we can order from our suppliers! We just don't stock the garments in-house. Our suppliers have warehouses across Canada.

Yes, we accept client-provided blanks with a 15% stocking & service fee on top. also, we do recommend adding a few pieces to the order as we do not warrant errors.

Do you offer design work and art modification?
We strongly suggest for the print art to be in proper format before we start the process but we do offer art modification and creation for an extra fee of $60/hr *minimum 1 hr*

Accepted Print Art Work:

• Must be minimum 300 PPI *pixels per inch*

• .pdf .ai .eps files only

• Layered Vector print art files only

Do you provide Sample(s)
Making things cost-efficient for the client is a part of our business model. We can provide samples but we found it very costly to create a sample just to see what the final product would look like after everything is done. We do offer a true to look mock-up that we can provide for you to visualize your project coming to life.

Do you keep silkscreens from previous work/jobs?
All Screens created for jobs are dismantled after the job is finished. We do not keep/store screens for future order use.
